Returns

Wilde Swim offers free exchanges and returns within 21 days from the delivery date for eligible items shipped in the US. If you change your mind for any reason we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 21 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe
• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
• Customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place and the item will not be accepted if either of these have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear.

Please note when returning items:

• Items must be unwashed & unworn with hygiene labels and tags still attached
• Please return your item with tracked postage.
• Wilde Swim  will not be liable for items lost in the post.
• The original purchase receipt should be included.
• Wilde Swim reserves the right to deny a return if returned items fail to meet the returns standard upon assessment. If you are declined an exchange or refund upon assessment of your item, you will be responsible for additional postage costs to return the item to you.
• Credit notes and exchanges are not offered on sale items or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion.
