Do you ship internationally?

We are only offering Domestic Shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Which payment methods do you accept?’ 

Payment is in $USD. Your bank determines the currency conversion rate. We accept Paypal and Credit Card payment. If you have any payment queries, please contact us directly at heythere@wildeswim.com

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we'll send you an email containing a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate and track the progress of your order. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at heythere@wildeswim.com

Do you accept returns?

Wilde Swim offers free exchanges and returns within 21 days from the delivery date for eligible items shipped in the US. See our returns page for more information.

What if the item I receive does not fit?

Sizing can be tricky which is why we provide a Universal Size Chart as well as sizing by body measurement (See Size Guide). Feel free to contact us for additional information or measurements that will assist you further in finding the size that fits you best.

We go to great lengths to do fittings on women of all shapes and sizes - so that you get a perfect fit. But if you do have any issues with fit, be assured that we will accept returns of any full priced item based on size discrepancy, as long as the garment is in perfect condition with tags attached

There is a problem with the item I have received.

How do I care for my Wilde Swimwear?

We want to see you wearing your Wilde Swim pieces for years to come. To ensure the longevity of your swimwear and to keep your product looking its best. Rinse immediately after wear in cold water.  Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Do not dry clean, iron or tumble dry. Removal of hygiene label may leave a residue, this can be removed using warm water.
